Developer reserves the right to make minor changes to the floor plans. Floor plans and renderings may not appear to scale. These are proposed improvements that do not yet exist and, as such, they are subject to change. Developer is not obliged to build or construct any of the contemplated improvements. All measurements are approximations. All illustrations are artists' conceptual renderings and may not reflect the project as currently designed or as ultimately to be constructed. the interiors may vary slightly from those depicted in these renderings. The services listed herein are anticipated to be provided but are subject to change and certain services will be provided. Gross square footage was determined using the center line of the demising walls between units, the outside face of exterior walls and the outside face of corridor walls.
